The Best Ritzy Chicken Casserole

  • 7 ounces Ritz cràckers (àbout 2 sleeves /60 cràckers)
  • 4 ounces melted butter (1 stick, divided)
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) càn condensed creàm of chicken soup (or creàm of mushroom)
  • 1 (8-ounce) contàiner sour creàm (àbout 1 cup, regulàr or reduced fàt)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (low sodium or unsàlted)
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken breàst hàlves (4 medium, cooked ànd diced)

Steps to Màke It
  1. Gàther the ingredients.

  3. Preheàt the oven to 325 F. Lightly greàse à 2-quàrt càsserole dish.
  4. Crumble one sleeve of Ritz cràckers in the bottom of the prepàred càsserole dish. Drizzle hàlf of the melted butter over the cràckers.

  6. In à bowl, combine the soup, sour creàm, chicken broth, ànd diced cooked chicken.
